Q: What Does a TC Do?

A Transaction Coordinator (TC for short) helps coordinate all aspects of a real estate transaction. From managing paperwork to scheduling inspections/appraisals/closings, we do it all. Never miss another deadline again. Stop stressing about the paperwork. We're your paper people, deadline people, problem-fixing people. Basically, once you've got a deal under contract, we can take it from there. We can't negotiate on your/your client's behalf, but we can do just about everything else. 

Q: How Much Experience Do You Have?
